Great news… It’s Friday. On a long weekend. And one of the most popular times for cooking ribs. Oh yeah. Those meaty little slivers of awesomeness. We just made them a few weeks ago, and the kids are already asking for them again.

But did you know there’s a Great Rib DebateTM happening all around you? It’s true. And it comes down to two camps: fall off the bone or bite off the bone. There’s no compromise and no love. Unless it’s for ribs. Then there’s lots of love.
