Congratulations to the winner of the ChefsTemp X10 thermometer… Marko! He wrote saying that his favorite thing to grill is pork tenderloin. Yummm. And, if I may say so, underrated.

Marko loves pork tenderloin because it’s a good compromise between him and his wife. She likes chicken, he prefers steak… so pork tenderloin. Ha! Isn’t love great?!

And how does he prepare it? “I found a good marinade in hoisin sauce that works very well. Hoisin is the Chinese version of BBQ and a little sweeter than traditional US BBQ.” I may have to try that out…
